How to View Your Purchased Net Tickets

You can view purchased programs from the Live section of your My Page.

If the program supports timeshifted broadcast, the period of availability for the timeshift will also be displayed once the program has ended.

How to Watch Paid Livestreams

If you purchase a Net Ticket or gift serial code for a paid live stream, you can watch it via one of the following methods.

[Watch via PC]

Both live streams and timeshifts can be viewed.

Please access the individual live stream page from the Purchased Tickets Summary,

which can be accessed from the Live section of your My Page.

* Videos can be viewed as many times as you like during the specified viewing period,

however we are unable to refund niconico points even if the video has not been viewed by the end of the viewing period.

[Watch via Smartphone App]

The available features differ according to the smartphone OS you are using to access niconico.

iOS - niconico streaming app

Tickets cannot be purchased via the app, and must be purchased via PC or the web

version of niconico Live accessed on the phone. Once the ticket has been purchased,

both live streams and timeshifts can be watched in the app when logged into the same account.

Android - niconico streaming app

If you purchase a ticket via the app, you can watch live streams as they air as well as timeshifts after the stream ends.

However, some streams cannot be viewed via the smartphone app, so please confirm

the viewing environment details on the ticket purchase page before you complete your purchase.

* Unfortunately, if you mistakenly purchase a ticket for a program that cannot be viewed

via the smartphone app, we are unable to provide a refund, either monetary or in the form of niconico points.

[Watching via Japanese Flip Phone]

Live streams can be watched on Japanese flip phones.

However, some paid streams cannot be viewed on these mobile phones. Please

confirm whether a program can be viewed on a mobile phone listed on the programs information page.
